Similarly, I was supposed to get a free IOS version; that didn't work either because the cited process did not work. I am still looking for a superior replacement for Acrobat, which I unhappily still use because there doesn't appear that viable replacement. Overall: Printing front and back on a duplex printer worked but because it no longer runs, I cannot use this improvement over Acrobat. Trouble locating the new options in the edit menus i.e. Setup email account in outlook 2016 for mac. 'Signature' is under 'more' in 'Comments' not quite intuitive and the program crashes a lot. Still not able to effectively manage fonts because I can pick on font and get something completely different when it prints or after saving. Overall: just being able to edit my pdfs on my mac.
