I also upgraded my Font manager, Suitcase to the latest version and dialed down the Autoactivate plugins to exclude fontsense and pick best match. I then used ONYX (recently updated for 10.10) to clean all caches and all repairs/maintenance. There was also a duplicate conflict between my Helvetica Neue postscript and System Helvetica Neue TT/OT version, which suitcase manages for me now.
